Lovely resort but parking drama

Super pretty place with nice views! We enjoyed the Sunday brunch—food was on point! But man, parking was a hassle. Took forever to find a spot. The pull-out sofa was uncomfortable, and the kids’ ornament workshop wasn’t worth the money. Next time, we'll skip the market and just chill at a nearby hotel.

During my stay, I loved the convenience of being just a few steps from Fireman's Park, where I enjoyed a peaceful stroll surrounded by nature, and the fantastic choices for dining nearby, especially Lola's on the Lake for its amazing views and fresh seafood.

On an 82-degree day, the pool felt chilly initially, taking a few hours to warm up in the sun. The lack of climate control in the main floor bedroom meant relying on the living room A/C, which was a bit inconvenient. Additionally, sharing pool space with others playing their own music detracted from the ambiance. a house playlist or silence would have been preferable. Dining experiences were inconsistent, especially with undercooked meats across various meals.

The dining scene here is a culinary dream with fresh farm-to-table goodies that really elevate your experience! Plus, the beach and pool amenities are top-notch—perfect for unwinding in style. The staff? Super friendly and accommodating!

While the rooms could use a facelift, it didn't spoil my vibe—there's still plenty of charm to soak up! Just a heads up that housekeeping missed some trash outside our door.

The property boasts beautiful scenery and a calming atmosphere. The staff greeted me warmly and offered stellar service. The breakfast buffet features plenty of options and the coffee is top-notch. Dining at Otto's exceeded expectations. the food was fantastic. However, the rooms need updating, especially for the price I paid. Housekeeping missed some trash outside my door, which was disappointing. On top of that, I struggled with communication through the Osthoff app and received no response to my request for early check-in. Overall, the resort did well in some areas but needs to address inconsistencies in service and room maintenance.

This place suits me perfectly! Free wi-fi, great pools, and a nice bar add to the charm. Staff once helped me print documents, which I greatly appreciated. I highly recommend enjoying the onsite spa. I'll be back for Christmas!

Comfortable Stay with Friendly Staff

I enjoyed my stay, especially the cozy bar area where I watched a game with locals. The room felt spacious and clean, and the staff were attentive. Be prepared for pricey drinks, but take advantage of the nearby dining options for a great experience.

Had an amazing weekend with friends! We explored the beautiful service roads at Road America and enjoyed kayaking on the stunning lake. The grounds are well-maintained, and we loved the beachside bar for snacks. Highly recommend checking out the nearby hiking trails, too!

We had a bit of a hiccup with noise from the fire alarm during our stay, which disrupted our sleep.

The staff provided exceptional service, and the elkhart lounge coffee was a standout. However, the outdated arcade offered limited appeal for kids, and the room’s cleanliness was below expectations. The lack of free breakfast and mediocre dining options detracted from the overall experience, making it hard to justify the cost. Quite simply, I anticipated more amenities and quality for a resort stay.
